Pay Starting at $19.00 per Hour

Full and Part Time Positions Available.

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday)

Requirements:

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid drivers license.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure Safety:
  Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites.
• Protect Property:
  Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
• Maintain Vigilance:
  Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
• Handle Physical Demands:
  Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs and steps.

Location:

New Carlisle, IN (USA, IN, NEW CARLISLE)

Pay Range: $24.00 - $42.00 USD hourly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage physical security operations, develop post orders, define security procedures, handle site incidents, and work with security equipment.
• Participate in construction projects and drive day‑to‑day process improvement activities and managing vendors.
• Ensure consistent deployment of required security policies and procedures, participate in recurring site audits and reviews, and test new security technologies.
• Demonstrate resilient leadership skills, flexibility in a dynamic environment, exceptional knowledge of security practices, and strong written and verbal communication.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of security operations oversight experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional or military background, or 2+ years of law enforcement or security‑related experience.
• 1+ year Leadership experience.
• 2+ years Security experience or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of security operations, access control procedures, and incident response protocols.
• Ability to assess situations quickly, apply sound judgment, and take appropriate action in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong observation, interpersonal, and basic computer proficiency.
