We’re partnering with a fast‑growing, industrial services company in Southeast Houston that’s making big moves and growing exponentially.

They’re reorganizing their accounting department and creating a brand‑new Accounts Payable Specialist role to support that growth. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys Accounts Payable.

• Process 2000 invoices per month in a paperless electronic environment
• Research and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Partner with internal departments to process check requests
• Correspond with vendors regarding payment terms and payment dates
• Match PO or back up to invoices within ERP system
• Support ad‑hoc Accounts Payable projects

• 2+ years of solid Accounts Payable experience in an electronic environment
• A self‑starter mindset and someone who is assertive but flexible
• Strong business acumen with great communication skills – verbal and written
• Bonus points for systems experience with Spectrum and intermediate MS Excel
