Strategic Supplier Fulfilment Leader

This position is responsible for overseeing supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. This role will serve as the primary liaison between strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders while ensuring supplier alignment with business needs, quality standards, and delivery targets.

• Fulfillment & Delivery Oversight
• Ensure on-time delivery of products/services by proactively managing supplier schedules, capacity, and logistics.
• Identify, elevate, and resolve supply bottlenecks or disruptions.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
• Ensure ERP accuracy for supplier dates & prices to ensure accurate deliveries & visibility to operations
• Performance Improvement & Risk Mitigation
• Analyze supplier fulfillment metrics and identify root causes to drive initiatives to improve delivery accuracy, lead time, and responsiveness.
• Develop risk mitigation plans for critical suppliers and materials.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning in case of supply failures.
• Supplier Relationship Management
• Act as the strategic and primary point of contact for key suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure long‑term collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and performance.
• Lead regular supplier performance reviews and scorecard assessments.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and performance expectations with suppliers.
• Strategic Sourcing Support
• Partner with sourcing and procurement teams to onboard new suppliers and transition suppliers during ramp‑ups or exits.
• Influence supplier selection strategies based on performance, risk and fulfillment capacity.
• Support new product development and introduction by sourcing materials and components in alignment with project timelines.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field OR
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with in D365 is a plus.

• Lifting up to 25 pounds
• Bending, stooping, ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelines
