Project Manager, Operations Manager, Field​/Service Technician

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Oil Services Project Manager to supervise and perform high-velocity lube/oil flushing tasks on-site at various industrial facilities. The role is responsible for directing a team of Field Technicians and operating specialized equipment while ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures. This position requires approximately 75% travel and a strong ability to lead in high-pressure environments.

• Supervise and assist in running oil flushes and filtration operations
• Mentor and train Field Technicians and junior leaders
• Ensure all safety credentials and site access documentation are up to date
• Communicate professionally with customers and coordinate job details with operations
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce all OSHA, MSHA, and site-specific safety regulations
• Operate and monitor equipment such as vacuum oil purifiers, heaters, and particulate analyzers
• Maintain job records, material usage, and hours worked
• Motivate and ensure alertness and safety compliance among crew members
• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as needed at job sites
• Ensure use of proper PPE and promote excellent attendance and punctuality
• Upload job documentation and participate in remote safety training
• Perform additional duties to support customer satisfaction and operational success

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of field service experience in lubrication services
• 5+ years of experience specifically in High Velocity Oil Flushing
• Ability to work in various refinery/plant environments nationwide
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proficient in computer usage for documentation and reporting
• Strict adherence to safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Ability to stand and move for 8+ hours daily
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching in tight spaces
• Lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. (heavier with assistance)
• Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments and extreme weather
• Capable of climbing, working at heights, and in confined spaces
• Able to operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
• Willingness to drive long distances to remote job sites
