Nouryon is seeking a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to serve as a key technical leader at their Battleground Facility in La Porte, TX. This individual contributor role focuses on optimizing maintenance and reliability strategies to enhance asset performance and ensure safety compliance. Key responsibilities include developing Mechanical Integrity strategies, leading root cause analysis for failures, and providing technical support for maintenance operations.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a PSM-regulated environment, with a strong preference for those familiar with both fixed and rotating equipment.
