Planners – Turnaround Role - La Porte, TX

TKIE (Stronghold) is hiring experienced Planners for turnaround support in La Porte, TX. This role involves developing job packages, walking down shutdown scopes, tracking manpower and materials, and coordinating logistics in refinery and plant environments. Ideal candidates have planning experience in industrial settings, are comfortable with travel, and can operate independently under time-sensitive conditions.

• Travel-based role
• Weekly schedule:
  Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Professional development in refinery and turnaround projects

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of planning experience in refinery or petrochemical settings
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and standard PC tools
• Ability to travel 90% of the time
• Physical ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs
• Able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background check

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with SAP or Maximo systems
• Familiarity with subcontracting and bid package preparation
• Strong understanding of P&IDs and loop drawings
• Practical knowledge of job sequencing and shutdown logistics
