ISC is currently seeking a positive, energetic Document Controls Clerk with a wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce.

• Document Control will be required to document and implement document management requirements.
• Maintain a computer database of all field documentation.
• Interact effectively with ISC management and other departments.
• Maintain proper communication and documentation between the office and the field.
• Perform clerical type duties to generate documents as necessary and update indexes.
• Timely distribute latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that the obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
• Support the QA/QC group with Quality records, which includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Electrical tests (continuity, megger, etc.)
  • Inspection Reports/Records (IRs)
  • Test Plans and Test Specifications
  • Nonconformance Reports
  • Acceptance Test Procedures/Reports
  • Vendor Information

• Must have proven experience in Document Controls.
• Integrity in dealings with other associates and clients.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce in the department and company.
• Strong verbal and written communication and technical translation.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong mindset especially in the areas of being a team player, dependable, attendance, willingness to work overtime, presentable dress and appearance, willingness to listen and learn, attention to detail, can‑do attitude, sense of urgency and energy.
• Ability to pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
• High ethical standards – unwilling to compromise on worker safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Reasonable ability to read drawings and interpret specifications and contract language.
