Job Summary (Enterprise Systems Specialist ERP / CRM)
- Act as the subject matter expert for company ERP, CRM, and enterprise reporting systems.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP and CRM applications to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop system solutions.
- Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and workflows using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and utilization.
- Ensure data integrity, and manage data migration and integration between applications and business tools.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or modules.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
- Leverage strong technical, analytical, and process improvement skills to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Preferred experience with open-source ERP/CRM (Odoo) and project/workflow management tools (Smartsheet).
