Infrastructure Engineer
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IT operations across servers, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user technologies. This role will be responsible for maintaining a secure, scalable, and highly available technology environment while supporting ongoing infrastructure improvements and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud-connected environments.
- Administer core Microsoft technologies, identity services, and endpoint management platforms.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency efforts.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and serve as an escalation point for critical incidents.
- Strengthen security posture through vulnerability remediation, compliance initiatives, and infrastructure best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders on technology projects and operational support.
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability across the IT environment.
