Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the transportation and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movements.
• Assist with daily logistics account activities, including invoice auditing and account setup for payments.
• Maintain inventory records, coordinate freight shipments, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and resolve shipping errors.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies, updating systems as needed.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, or office coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work under moderate supervision.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping processes.
