Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking an Logistics Coordinator
to join their team. As an Logistics Coordinator
, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the transportation and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movements.
• Assist with daily logistics account activities, including invoice auditing and account setup for payments.
• Maintain inventory records, coordinate freight shipments, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and resolve shipping errors.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies, updating systems as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, or office coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work under moderate supervision.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping processes.
