Metal Gasket Manufacturing Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Metal Gasket Manufacturing professional to help lead operations at our La Porte, Texas production facility
. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands the technical side of gasket manufacturing and knows how to keep a production floor running efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in metal gasket production, is comfortable working directly with equipment, and can lead, mentor, and develop a manufacturing team.

• Oversee day‑to‑day plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met
• Manage and mentor the production team
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot metal gasket manufacturing equipment
• Implement and improve processes related to metal gasket forming, cutting, and finishing
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize throughput and reduce downtime
• Utilize CAD software and operate Atom Flash cutting equipment

• Proven experience in metal gasket manufacturing
• (spiral wound gaskets, kammprofiles, windings, etc.)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop‑floor operations
• Leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
