** Job Description
** We are looking for a Fabrication Manager who will lead our fabricated insulation product team and ensure production team delivers maximum quality in a profitable manner. Your duties will include monitoring employees٫ organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.

Fabrication Manager will accomplish manufacturing goals and objectives by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and employee accountability; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
** Responsibilities are:
*** Provide leadership and supervisory oversight of 75+ fabrication employees
* Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
* Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
* Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
* Perform verification of production output according to specifications
* Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to fabrication management
* Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
* Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
* Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
* Ensure inventory practices are in line with company policies and procedures while maintaining financial control and count accuracy
** Requirements are:
*** 5+ years' experience of working on as a Manager or other similar position in manufacturing environment
* Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
* Good practical experience with MS Office
* Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
* Experience with Financial P&L responsibility
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
* High School Diploma; advanced education desired, but not required
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired, but not required
** Compensation Range**$50,000.00 - $
* The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
