Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine safety inspections of warehouse areas to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and training programs for warehouse staff.
• Support safety drills and investigations of incidents or near misses, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation related to audits, inspections, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with management and staff to promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in accident investigations and ensure proper reporting procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting safety in a warehouse or industrial environment preferred.
• For candidates with 4+ years of experience, a more advanced understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and influence others.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Steel Toe Shoes
• Weekend availability every weekend Sat and Sun.
• Be able to stand for up to 8 hours daily as well as bend, stoop, push and pull.
