Internal Quality Auditor

About the role

The entry-level Internal Quality Auditor is responsible for the execution of day‑to‑day quality assurance activities, setting operational objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving routine quality issues.

• Implement and maintain QESH management systems in accordance with ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, and ISO
  45001.
• Travel to Service Centers across the US 5–7 times per year.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across production areas.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on QESH policies and safe work practices.
• Monitor and report on QESH KPIs, including non‑conformities, near misses, and environmental metrics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate QESH into daily operations.
• Maintain documentation and prepare for external audits and customer inspections.
• Investigate and resolve routine quality issues.

• Intermediate knowledge of MSWord and MSExcel.
• Basic knowledge of MS SharePoint and MS PowerPoint preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Internal Quality Audits preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
• Experience in ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, and ISO
  45001 environments preferred.
