Quality Specialist

Overview

Ensures that an organization’s products and services consistently meet established quality standards through development and refinement of quality control procedures and processes.

• Develop, review, and refine quality control procedures and processes; conduct audits and inspections; analyze performance data; and implement effective solutions to enhance overall quality and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Quality Supervisor/Manager to monitor and measure critical aspects of the Quality Management System, including Deviation/Concession System, Welding System, Calibration System (GAGEpack), ISO Database System, and Entropy.
• Provide quality training site-wide.
• Use precision tooling such as calipers and OD micrometers, and assist with their calibrations.
• Participate as an ISO internal auditor and support follow‑up processes for ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, and ISO
  45001 internal and external audits.
• Assist with company digital display TV messages.
• Actively participate in all quality, ISO, environmental, and safety programs.

• 1–2 years of quality administration or training experience.
• Experience with NCR and corrective action investigation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
