The HSE Compliance Representative executes established compliance processes by uploading and maintaining documentation, verifiying training and credential requirements, monitoring approval status within customer portals, and escalating risks related to customer access, training deficiencies, or onsite readiness to HSE leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain customer HSE compliance documentation within contractor management systems to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

  • Verify and document employee training, certifications, and qualifications required for customer site access and readiness.
  • Prepare for customer audits by organizing documentation and tracking corrective actions.
  • Assist with tracking corrective actions, Safety Improvement Plans, and customer variance documentation to support continuous compliance and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate onboarding and site-specific compliance requirements, including orientations and required safety documentation.
  • Maintain compliance tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to provide accurate visibility into customer approval status for third-party portal compliance (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.).
  • Support monitoring of HSE compliance metrics, customer scorecards, and reporting trends to identify potential compliance risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Respond to routine customer compliance inquiries and elevate complex issues to HSE leadership as needed.
  • Promote adherence to customer and company HSE compliance requirements by reinforcing established processes, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative and compliance support duties as assigned to support corporate HSE objectives.
  • Support customer audits and respond to HSE-related inquiries or findings.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of customer compliance processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and reinforce compliance expectations at all levels of the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support corporate HSE and operational objectives.
  • Assist and support third-party customer safety compliance requirements (D&A, questionnaires, audits, safety training, etc.).
