Hiring immediately for Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service!

We offer a structured career path, starting with a 5‑week paid training program as a Trainee, earning a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker. Continue to grow through the Pawnbroker Certification Program, earning an additional $1/hour, and potentially move to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager). You may also apply to become a Store Manager in Training, with a 12‑week program.

• Interact with customers daily, providing excellent service, greeting customers, and interacting in person or on the phone.
• Handle sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (plus).
• Sales background (plus).
• Bilingual (plus).
