Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and/or petrochemical location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor instructions, and documenting entries, exits, and deliveries per site policy.;
Complete timely reports and logs, including incident documentation, patrol activity, and notification records, using required written and/or electronic systems.
