Pipe fitters – Lead Industrial Projects – Full-Time + PTO – La Porte TX

Stronghold is hiring experienced Lead Pipe fitters for industrial refinery projects in La Porte, TX. This role involves layout, fabrication, installation, hydro testing, and supervision of pipe system activities in accordance with site safety, quality, and production goals. Ideal candidates bring extensive field experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to manage small crews. This full-time position includes paid time off and requires travel for project-based work.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4–5 years of experience in industrial pipe fitting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical tools, QA/QC, and safety practices
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work long shifts in variable weather
• Completion of required pre-employment screenings

• 5+ years of pipe fitting experience in refinery/petrochemical settings
• NCCER certification, TWIC card, OSHA 10/30, Confined Space, and First Aid/CPR
• Class A driver’s license with clean MVR
• Strong leadership and field layout/rigging skills
