Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results and ensure consistency.

Inspect and assess surfaces to determine the best painting techniques and materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Repair and touch up surfaces as required to maintain high-quality finishes.

Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and efficiency.

Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings.

Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and safety practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
