This job posting describes an insulation craft role at Austin Industrial, a longtime provider of maintenance, construction, and insulation services to industrial clients across the U.S. The company serves oil, gas, chemical, food, agriculture, power, and manufacturing industries.

• Apply, remove, and repair insulating material to exposed surfaces or structures (e.g., air ducts, hot or cold pipes, storage tanks, boilers, and buildings) to control noise and maintain temperatures.
• Read blueprints and select required insulation material.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation material (sheet, tubular, or roll) using appropriate tools.
• Wrap or attach insulation material to structures following blueprint specifications.
• Seal insulation with covers, canvas, sealant, or tape to secure it to the structure.
• Work at heights and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with safety and workmanship standards.

• Experience:
  
  4 years of experience in scaffolding is preferred.
• Certification/License: NCCER and a Driver’s License.
• Legal eligibility to work for any employer in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.
