US FUSION & Specialty ConstructionGeneral Description:
Supervise subordinates, fuses, fabricates and installs products for assigned jobs.
Essential Functions:- Fuses, installs, and fabricates all products in accordance with US Fusion standards and procedures
- Responsible for most aspects of small crew supervision to perform necessary work in completion of jobs
- Installs liners in accordance with US Fusion standards and techniques
- Adheres to all applicable safety standards
- Issues corrective action on safety and policy infractions when observed
- Facilitates career development of all Technicians and Sr. Technicians in conjunction with US Fusion management
- Continuous safety training and maintenance of safety credentials
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cross-train with other departments as needed.
- Participates in other duties as assigned by Operations and Construction Managers and Superintendents
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years’ experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid TWIC – OSHA card
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Equipment/mechanical knowledge.
- Strong attention safety and instructions.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking / problem solving skills.
- Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude regarding US Fusion.
- Able to work nights, weekends and travel out of town for extended periods of time as necessary for project completion.
