Our client, in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Rental Yard Associate to join their team. As a Rental Yard Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting equipment maintenance and customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

La Porte, TX

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Service and maintain all rental equipment to ensure optimal usability.
• Prepare rental orders and stage equipment for delivery to customers.
• Inspect rental equipment upon return for damages and report issues accordingly.
• Clean rental area and equipment regularly to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Operate company or personal vehicle for equipment delivery and pickup, adhering to safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn equipment maintenance.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and perform physical tasks as needed.
