Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking an  
** Logistics Coordinator
** to join their team. As an  
** Logistics Coordinator** , you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the transportation and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $26

** Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, OT as needed.*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment movements.

+ Assist with daily logistics account activities, including invoice auditing and account setup for payments.

+ Maintain inventory records, coordinate freight shipments, and prepare necessary documentation.

+ Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy and resolve shipping errors.

+ Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies, updating systems as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Up to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, or office coordination preferred.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to communicate effectively and work under moderate supervision.

+ Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping processes.
