Fabrication Associate

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident‑free (including reviewing Material Test Reports).

• 0‑3 years of warehouse experience in pulling PVF material, packaging and shipping preferred.
• Outstanding math skills and the ability to calculate quantities of product on hand.
• Experience and training in operating machinery for the use of cutting and threading pipe according to OSHA regulations preferred.
• Ability to remain results‑focused in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm.

Pay:
Starting at $20.00 per hour, potentially higher based on experience. Pay range: $17.41–$26.11 per hour (estimated). Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
