Warehouse Associate

Meador an Openwork Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy shipping and warehouse team in La Porte, TX. This is a fast-paced position where you will be responsible for picking customer orders, receiving and unloading shipments, loading products, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable using an RF scanner, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Unload and unpack incoming shipments and import containers

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner

Remove packages from conveyor lines and organize products onto pallets

Assist with loading and shipping activities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Sweep floors, remove garbage and cardboard, and keep shelves and equipment organized

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred RF scanner experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills; experience with MACS is a plus Flexible and willing to assist with various warehouse duties
