As a Preschool Teacher at Higher Learning Academy, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and stimulating classroom environment. Your days will be filled with opportunities to inspire curiosity, foster creativity, and encourage a love for learning. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s unique needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining clear and open communication with parents and guardians.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and equipped with engaging materials.

We’re seeking a Preschool Teacher who brings both heart and experience to the classroom. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, families, and colleagues.
• Creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to handle the joys and challenges of working with preschoolers.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education (preferred but not mandatory).
