We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators!
Position RequirementsThese roles are for machine operators, and prior experience is required. Food Manufacturing Experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Set up, adjust, and operate flow wrapper packaging machines
- Configure machine settings and control operating speeds to ensure efficient production
- Load packaging film and make necessary adjustments during operation
- Inspect and verify film quality, lot codes, and print accuracy
- Monitor production to ensure high-quality output and minimal downtime
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) at all times
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding machine performance or issues
These positions play a critical role in maintaining product quality, efficiency, and safety in a manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and proven machine operation experience are essential.
