Security Guard - Shopping Plaza Rover

Allied Universal - Up to $18.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, suspected shoplifting, medical events, and/or fire alarms according to post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances and exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards and/or policy concerns.;
Monitor cameras, access points, and alarm systems when assigned, and report suspicious activity, property damage, and/or maintenance issues to store leadership and Allied Universal supervision.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and customer service documentation, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as directed.
