Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Counseling or related field; OR, Associate of Arts degree in Business, Education, Counseling or related field and two (2) years of career counseling experience; OR, High School graduate or equivalent supplemented by college level course work in Business, Education, Counseling or related field and four (4) years of increasingly responsible career counseling experience.
