Position

Healthcare Sales Specialist – MED#413 (Senior Healthcare – Health Services)

Location & Compensation

La Quinta, CA (No relocation expense). Salary: $75K (based on experience) + uncapped commission.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health care administration preferred.
  • Complete DHCS Training and pass the marketing representative exam within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year in a healthcare or senior care setting (outside sales experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the senior health care industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, marketing software, CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Athena).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage diverse communities in health programs and services.
  • Create and distribute educational materials that communicate health information to target populations.
  • Monitor and evaluate outreach activities, collect data, and prepare regular reports on impact and trends.
  • Advocate for community health needs, represent the organization in meetings and forums, and assist individuals in navigating healthcare services.
  • Build relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, senior living communities, and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Track and report on outreach activities and sales/marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
