Pyramid Global Hospitality - 49-499 Eisenhower Drive - Responsibilities:
Open the Housekeeping Department by issuing assignments to staff and reviewing special requests to ensure smooth daily operations;
Distribute supplies to staff at beginning of shift and manage inventory to control expenses;
Communicate with Front Desk and other departments via phone, two-way radio, and email in English;
Send hourly updates of room turnovers and availability to Front Desk Coordinator, prioritizing GOPs;
Supervise Housekeeping duties in the absence of a Supervisor
