Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator, Cardiology
Role & Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate cardiac care services, ensuring compliance with accreditation and registry programs such as Chest Pain, CATH-PCI, and MI. Collaborate with nursing leadership to support clinical, research, and administrative activities. Review data, implement process improvements, and communicate regulatory updates. Oversee data collection, clinical audits, and outcomes reporting to achieve program goals. Participate in disease-specific committees, conduct chart audits, and develop evaluation tools.
Maintain effective communication with medical and nursing directors to ensure engagement and compliance.
Current California RN license, with at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience; program management experience preferred. BLS certification required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare or related field is preferred. Demonstrates clinical competence, leadership, and strong communication skills. Experience in data analysis and process improvement essential.
Key Duties- Maintain cardiac accreditation and registry programs.
