Maintenance Engineer II – La Quinta Resort & Club

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer II. The candidate will perform a variety of maintenance trade functions, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, HVAC, painting, wall repair, tile work, and oversight of the preventative maintenance program at the resort.

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Carry out general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, and related materials.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, automotive equipment, and other miscellaneous equipment.
• Maintain logs of completed tasks and submit reports as requested by supervisors.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented with relevant maintenance trade experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to work quickly and effectively with diverse teams.

$19.00 – $19.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
