In‑store Duties: Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, walk‑in cooler, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily.

Training: Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions and

Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator); make correct monetary change; verbal, written, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders; motor coordination between hand and fingers for precise rapid movements; use of a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions: Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to over 90°F in some work areas; sudden temperature changes; fumes from food odors; exposure to commercial dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing: Hearing for telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperament: Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Physical Demands: Standing most tasks performed from a standing position; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum; lifting bulk products up to 60 pounds; carrying small items up to 30 pounds; pushing trays on dollies; climbing stairs or ladders; stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting; reaching up to 72 inches; hand tasks requiring eye‑hand coordination and forceful use of forearms and wrists; manipulating pizza peel and cutter;

handling cardboard pizza boxes.

Job Duties: Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer; deliver flyers, door hangers, or any marketing materials.

Requirements: Valid driver license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Skills:

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area; ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Physical Demands: Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages while walking, climbing, and traveling between store, vehicle, and customer location; may navigate five or more flights of stairs; driving and delivering within a designated area.
