Responsibilities
As a senior wealth management advisor, you help serve, solicit and develop and maintain business relationships with mass‑affluent Signature Service members and clients. You advise and assist members and clients in executing strategies using the 360° approach, including savings and investments, in line with the established plan, to help them achieve their financial and personal goals. You work closely with the senior wealth management advisor, serving as a partner in maintaining business relationships with clients and maintaining relationships with expert partners and colleagues.
Interpersonal savvy and communication skills are therefore essential. You offer premium support to members and clients, carry out and follow up on strategies, make recommendations to ensure the full satisfaction of members and clients and support business growth. You drive results by ensuring sound risk and compliance management, and adherence to practices and policies. Your close, regular contact with members and clients and their associates helps you carry out business development activities for the 360° approach.
- Maintain high‑quality personalized business relationships to maximize the potential of existing members and clients.
- Analyze the needs of members and clients and formulate personalized advice and guidance for the implementation of investment and financial plan strategies.
- Recommend strategies and solutions to the senior advisor when developing plans.
- Monitor market movements and trends likely to influence members’ and clients’ investments.
- Take part in a range of promotional activities including speaking events, information sessions and other special events.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience; other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the OCRI as a Registered Representative.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Action oriented, communicates effectively, customer focus, differences, drive results, interpersonal savvy, nimble learning.
