This is a full‑time on‑site role located in La Vergne, TN for a Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Estimator. The role involves preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for structural and miscellaneous steel projects. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, reviewing architectural and structural drawings, obtaining quotes from vendors and suppliers, and coordinating with team members to ensure the successful completion of bids.

The individual will also communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans, and the ability to apply this knowledge to accurate cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and research skills to collect and assess vendor and material pricing.
• Experience with detailing or structural steel software is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of estimating software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is recommended but not required.
