Educational Assistant

- Hold an associate's degree or higher; OR have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution; OR pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment.
- Working computer knowledge.
- Multi-tasked oriented, firm, team player.
- Must be able to work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Must be a positive role model for young children.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Establish effective schedule and work routines.
- Able to work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work‑related duties.
