Overview
Our client is seeking hands on Server Support Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-performance NVIDIA servers in a data center environment. This role focuses on hardware support, system reliability, and collaboration with infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and deploy NVIDIA servers
- Perform hardware maintenance, firmware updates, and component replacements
- Troubleshoot server hardware/software issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor and optimize system performance
- Document configurations, issues, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with IT and network teams
- Experience supporting NVIDIA or high-performance servers
- Strong knowledge of server hardware and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Server
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced data center environment
- NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA, AI/HPC environments
- IPMI/iLO or similar management tools
- Virtualization or cloud exposure
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform hands-on data center work
