POSITION SUMMARY:

As an analyst working in The ICEE Company Supply Chain department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of Parts and Products from our suppliers then ultimately to our Customers. Your job involves analyzing various data points and trends to improve operational efficiency, control inventory, reducing lead times, understanding supplier production and delivery capabilities, reducing costs, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Data Analysis:
    Using JDE, SQL, and other data streams, collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data including usage, inventory levels, demand, and supplier performance metrics for our OEM and 3 rd party parts as well as our product and consumable suppliers.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain areas such as year over year parts and product/consumable usage, supplier performance such as lead times, back orders, production capabilities, and on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates.
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    Collaborating with Sales Team and using historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts for all Core 1 and Core 2 products as well as any promotional related product needs. Develop same forecasting for all our consumables: cups/lids/straws.
  • Inventory Control:
    Analyze all equipment we service and related parts usage to determine our highest to lowest parts used, what our current inventory levels are company wide and develop from that recommended service center level inventories. Inventory considerations should include supplier data such as lead times, delays, back ordered items or obsoletions. From this usage data determine best inventory levels here at the Support Center as well as which parts rotate through auto and non-auto reorder status.
  • Supplier Management:
    Assess capabilities of OEM/3 rd Party parts suppliers’ ability to deliver parts timely while simultaneously communicating changes such as obsoletions, shortages, delivery times, and pricing changes. For our product and consumables, monitor supplier capabilities and performance to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste elimination within the supply chain and implementing sustainable solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, automate tasks, and enhance data visibility.
  • Supply Chain Optimization:
    Utilizing supply chain systems, data analytics tools and other relevant data to Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain network, proposing
  • Reporting and Communication:
    Preparing and presenting reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, to facilitate decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

COMPETENCIES:

To perform this job successfully, the Supply Chain Analyst must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, be detail-oriented, and able to stay on task. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Proficiency in the use of JD Edwards systems.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or supply chain management software.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, transportation logistics, and demand planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or other relevant field preferred.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a Supply Chain Analyst or Business Analyst role preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience using JDE systems

Pay from: $60,000 annually
- Pay is commensurate with experience, education, skills, training,and certifications.

Schedule:

7:00am - 4:00pm Monday
- Friday
