Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Planner to contribute to our Manufacturing team inLavergne, TN.This person performs a variety of functions within the Facility. Plans and coordinates work orders, parts, inventory, bin consolidation, kitting, preventative maintenance (PMs), and vendors/contractors. Ensures accuracy in maintenance data through auditing processes. Reviews quotes for validity/pricing and enters them into the work order system to maintain the plant/equipment.
Plans and schedules maintenance activities, ensuring equipment, machinery, and other assets are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

Schedules Available:
- Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p OT may be required when needed
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in building and facility maintenance
- 2 years of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- 2 years of experience directing outside contractors
Preferred Qualifications:
- General understanding of facility equipment
- Mechanically Inclined
- Able to sit and stand during shift
What You'll Do:

- Proficiency in using maintenance planning and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of organization, operating procedures and policies of the company's applications (Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook programs) Oral and written communication skills up to a high school level
- Ability to be flexible/multi-task based on workflow demands.
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
- Ability to receive and give information in a courteous manner over the telephone, via electronic communication or in person.
- Ability to meet and maintain projects and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain full time work schedule during normal company operating hours.

Essential Physical Demands
- Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs. during the assigned shift - up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to push/pull in a manufacturing environment up to 50 lbs. to push during the assigned shift.
- Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
- Ability to bend, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
- Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.
- Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time.
- Ability to operate computer equipment, including keyboard and monitor, phone equipment and other necessary office equipment
Hiring Salary Range:$28.03/hr.
-$34.94/hr this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
