2nd Shift Forklift Operator

The forklift driver will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and moving product.

• Load and unload trucks.
• Place into designated area for accurate inventory counts.
• Must know and follow all safety processes surrounding forklift driving.
• Ability to use standup and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to be cross trained in other positions.
• Follow all safety policies, protocols, procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Attention to Detail
• 1 year experience in quality control preferred.
• 1 year work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends as needed.
• Basic English reading/writing skills required.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ability to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to hear and see.
• Willingness to help in other areas.

• Lifting to 60 lbs. (heavy loads must be team lifted)
• Alternate standing and sitting for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Walking as needed during a 10-hour shift.
• Bending and twisting frequently.
• Heavy gripping with hands frequently.
• Frequent lifting from floor to waist.
• Frequent lifting from waist to shoulder.
• Must be able to hear and see.
