Welder Fabricator

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and dependable Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in the La Vergne area.

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

Pay rate: $19.00 - $20.00 an hour (based on DOE).

Overtime may be required based on production needs.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding, including robotic welding operations.
• Freehand weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints.
• Accurately use a tape measure.
• Operate a large belt sander and other shop equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• At least 1 year of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and move into various positions while welding.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and other shop conditions.
