ANCHOR FABRICATION has immediate openings for highly motivated Welders seeking to work in a fast-paced, quality-centered environment.
2nd shift 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm must be able to work overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities- Knowledge and understanding of weld symbols
- Welding (MIG/TIG)- Robot Welding
- Freehand-weld aluminum
- Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to read blueprints
- How to use a large belt sander
- Responsible for continually maintaining a clean working environment
- Uses proper PPE and follows all safety procedures

Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of welding experience
- Demonstrated punctual and dependable performance
- Previous experience working in the industrial manufacturing industry is preferred
This position is carried out in a weld shop environment and as such, has the following physical work requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to position the weld apparatus in any position the work requires
- Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Position may require bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
Physical weld testing on-site must be acceptable.
