Imagine clocking in at 2:30 pm in La Vergne, Tennessee. The floor is humming, jobs are queued, and precision parts are waiting for your touch. By 11:00 pm, you've transformed sheet metal into accurate components, solved a small machine hiccup, and verified quality on the first and last piece you ran. That’s a typical evening at Anchor Fabrication, LLC.

• Prepare and set up laser cutting equipment to meet job specs and produce quality parts.
• Load programs, reference blueprints, and perform meticulous first- and last-piece inspections.
• Handle minor troubleshooting and adjustments; partner with Maintenance on anything major.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment production-ready.
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe.
• Adapt to changing priorities; overtime or a different shift may be needed based on company needs.
• Pitch in with other tasks as assigned to support the team.

• Prior laser operation experience preferred; metal fabrication industry background is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working hands-on with equipment.
• Blueprint literacy and solid math skills.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.

2nd shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm | Onsite at Anchor Fabrication, LLC in La Vergne, TN.
