Ingram Content Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead the Manufacturing A Shift in La Vergne, TN. You will oversee daily operations, supervise associates, and ensure throughput, quality and safety standards are met.
This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing, with lean and Kaizen experience preferred. The position runs Sunday–Tuesday, 7am–7pm with alternating Saturdays, and offers a competitive package.
