At Anchor Fabrication, a precision metal fabrication team in Lavergne, Tennessee, we turn complex prints into real parts that matter. Join our 1st shift crew as a Press Brake Machinist and own your craft—from setup through final inspection—while working with a high degree of independence.

You’ll transform flat stock into precise components by setting up and operating Amada and Trumpf brakes, applying material knowledge, and validating quality at the first and last piece.

• Prepare work by reviewing blueprints, selecting tooling, and defining bend sequences.
• Run all Brake Department machines with confidence and care.
• Execute first-article and last-piece inspections; fine-tune as necessary.
• Apply GD&T and metallurgical understanding to achieve spec-compliant results.
• Document labor and complete required clerical reporting.
• Keep the area organized and safe; 5S mindset encouraged.
• Jump in for overtime or shift changes when business needs arise.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

• 5 years or more in sheet metal fabrication preferred.
• Strong print-reading and math proficiency.
• GD&T fluency and ability to pass a related test.
• Experience with Amada and Trumpf brakes is advantageous.
• Epicor familiarity is helpful.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school training preferred or a plus.
