Your Impact Read and apply weld symbols and blueprints

Execute MIG/TIG welding and run robotic welding processes

Perform freehand aluminum welding and work confidently with steel and stainless

Use a tape measure with precision; verify tolerances

Operate a large belt sander for finishing and prep Maintain a clean work environment; follow PPE and all safety protocols

What You Bring1+ years of welding experience

Consistent, dependable attendance and performance

Background in industrial manufacturing preferred

Work Environment & Physical Expectations Lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to position weld apparatus in any required orientation

Standing for long periods; bending, kneeling, stooping as needed

Exposure to shop conditions: noise, dust, odors, chemicals

Physical weld testing on-site must be acceptable.
