- High school diploma or GED required
Experience Requirements
- Quality assurance experience with a resume demonstrating that experience required
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to read and write in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to count and recognize product accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to spot efficiency and productivity issues and recommend improvements
- Demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Able to adapt to changing job requirements
Job Duties
- Audit product and information for accuracy against existing specifications and requirements
- Record and report discrepancies found during inspection
- Resolve product and assembly issues
- Support the follow-through of discrepancies to determine root cause
- Support the Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) process, with full training provided
- Support the First Article (FA) process, with full training provided
- Provide support for all quality assurance department activities

What You Will DoAs a QC Quality Inventory you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
The QC Quality Inventory supports product quality through systematic inspection, measurement, and documentation of manufactured components. This role requires analytical thinking, technical ability, and the discipline to consistently apply quality standards.
